Web Site Usage Data.
Our Web site provider may keep track of usage data, such as the source address that a page request is coming from, your IP address or domain name, the date and time of the page request, the referring Web site (if any) and other parameters in the URL. We may use this data to better understand Web site usage so that we know what areas of our Web site users prefer. This information is stored in server based log files and is used for statistical reporting and separate and distinct from information submitted in response to an information request on the site. Access to the servers log files is restricted by server based security which limits access to the files to our personnel in charge of maintaining the web site.

Cipher Payment Systems & Credit Card/Billing Policy

Cipher Integrations and Cipher Payment Systems provides payment products and services for commercial and non-commercial enterprises. Those products and services include credit/debit card processing, e-check processing, merchant accounting and funds transfer.  As a part of this business, Cipher Integrations or Cipher Payment Systems may store credit card billing and shipping data entered by customers for verification of orders placed by a customer or for our recurring billing service as authorized by the cardholder.  Cipher Integrations/Cipher Payment Systems does not store complete credit card numbers or CCV/CCID Credit Card Security Codes.

The information provided by the customer is necessary in allowing us to provide our services. It may be used for, but is not limited to, such activities as: administration of records; execution of accounting and funding; compliance with laws or regulations; and/or the development of future products. We will not sell, make available or otherwise disseminate this information in any way to any third party not authorized by the customer to receive credit card billing information except where required by law.
